The Agreement
By accessing or using Bruvora's ecosystem (including Helm, Blaze, Flow, and our professional services), you agree to these terms. We view this as a partnership: we provide the infrastructure for your growth, and you agree to use it responsibly.
Our Service Promise
Bruvora provides premium SaaS products and elite professional services. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of reliability and security. However, as we continuously innovate, we reserve the right to refine or sunset features that no longer serve our standard of excellence.
Your Role
Security is a shared responsibility. You are the guardian of your account credentials. We ask that you use our platform lawfully and respectfully. Abuse of the system undermines the ecosystem for everyone.
commercial Terms
Transparency is key. Subscription fees for our SaaS products are billed in advance. For professional services, payment schedules are defined clearly in your project statement of work. No hidden fees. No surprises.
Mutual Protection
We stand behind our work. However, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. This ensures we can continue to offer high-quality services at sustainable rates without existential risk.
